My family and I have been making our glasses here for the past two decades. Mr Tang and his team are very thorough, meticulous and helpful. The only reason we are repeat customers is because of the excellent service Tang provides. He is a very busy man though and so is his team. So the wait is expected. But good service these days are hard to come by.

TIL: Stay away from steroids if you don't want to develop cataracts early in your life.

Pros: meticulous team who knows what they’re doing.

Cons: they don’t follow up with appointments, expect long wait times before being served. My mother waited for 2 hours before getting her eyes checked. They don’t communicate with their customers if orders get backed up. Gives name of wrong person when asked for updates for my own order.

I went yesterday to see if my glasses could be repaired after I had sat on them. The guy said 90% they would break but took a longtime and eventually he straightened them and another pair of sunglasses. Absolutely first class service. Would rec to everyone 😁

I came in so worried because my contact broke and was stuck in my eye and they were so nice to me and took it out! They truly are the best!

Recently I had bad experiences with the lens and frames. The staffs at this outlet are so attentive and provide their best support to follow up with the suppliers to have the lens made in good order and also to have the defective frames changed. Their performance and work attitude are so commendable. Thank you for all your efforts..
