I would like to make an official complain to the senior management of Better Vision. As I have been a customer for ore... than 5 years with Better Vision, recently I came back to BV Subang Parade in hoping to get assistance in finding a replacement spectacle arm for the Charmaine frame. After 2 weeks waiting, the lady manager told me that the supplier do not have stock for the model. Feeling very unsatisfied with the answer as the lady manager kept pushing me to buy new frame from them, I went to seek another optometrist i.e. your competitor to help me to find the supplier and ask whether is there any replacement unit as the frame cost more than a thousand Ringgit. After 3 weeks, the optometrist finally found it and the supplier inform the lady manager in the outlet. The lady manager and her assistant called me today morning and inform me on the replacement. Feeling angry, I questioned why in the first place she didn't tried to find a replacement while the other optometrist managed to do so. As an established company, the lady manager for Subang Parade has the worst attitude and zero work ethics and professionalism. All she bloody cares is to secure more sales instead of delighting client. Well, I want a satisfactory replied from the management of BV on the incident. Congratulations to the lady manager of Subang Parade as she has successfully pissed a loyal customer off and I won't be buying any products from BV. In fact, I will bad mouth and put negative comments/feedback to all friends and contacts especially In the social media. NEVER EVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM BETTER VISION AND ESPECIALLY FROM SUBANG PARADE. HOPE IT'S SALES FIGURES PLUNGE TO THE BOTTOM!read more
