Please take note that:
1. We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse, or failure to take reasonable care.
2. The following items are not eligible:
(a) “Made to Order Items” – This include prescription lenses
(b) Items marked as Clearance/Sale item
(c) Opened/Damaged Contact lenses Boxes
The Return
Please email to custsvc_my@bettervision.com.sg and include your order number, name and reason for return.
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule the collection date and time. We will only perform the refund after we received the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
The Refund:
If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price – 20% invoice value = Refunded Amount (RM).

The warranty is valid in the following circumstances: a) Valid for a period of up to 1 year from the date of purchase due to manufacturing defect. b) In the event that the original item is no longer in stock, a product of similar value will be given as a replacement. The warranty is not valid in the following circumstances: a) The 2nd free pair under BV Smiles Programme is not cover under warranty. b) All clearance items are not cover under warranty. c) In the event of damage resulting from deliberate misuse, negligence or lack of care. d) In the event that the item is lost. e) Damage resulting from accidents. f) Accessories are not considered as a part of the warranty.
The warranty is valid in the following circumstances: a) We offer one time prescription change within 30 days for all Single Vision Lenses b) We offer one time change due to multi-coat peel off as a result of manufacturing defect The warranty is not valid in the following circumstances: a. Damage resulting from mishandling, change of shape or scratches. b. In the event that the item is lost. c. Damage resulting from accidents.
